I highly recommend U-pack for service, and especially cost. I'm totally impressed.
I will recommend U-PACK service. We moved from Atlanta, from 2 bed room house. We were unable to find any1 on particular date and decided to choose U pack and Moving staffers. U pack was very professional from phone calls to the staff, they responded well to questions address. Atlanta office was kind enough to take the trailer back at midnight as we requested due to apartment complex policy. Moving staffers - packing was very good! My book shelf got damaged during packing and later they reimburse that amount. They gave us 3-4 days of arrival to location and our trailer arrived on time . Everything spent smoothly. Will choose U pack again for any move.
Upack has been a life saver! I enjoyed the packing and unpacking options they had available and other options to accommodate my needs. Worst experience in my life. I was given one price and charged another. It all started when moving to Georgia. When speaking to the representative I was given a quote of 941, if I took my belongings to a service center. I told the representative that I did not know my address at the time, she stated no problem, no additional charges will be incurred unless we have to store it for you. Fast forward, give them my new address, they charged me an additional 150 because they had to move a bin, yesssss 1 bin 10 miles to another loading station. This was not my fault. I addressed it with a representative and he said that he would look into it. This never happened, 2 days later my credit card on file was charged another 150 dollars without even a courtesy phone call back. They are the most rudest people to man-kind. Do you self a favor and find elsewhere. Thank me later!
